Showcase at the booth
- Demonstration 1: Telepresence:
Visitors experienced telepresence through tools that are actively used on-site. - Demonstration 2: BIM/CIM:
Visitors explored point cloud data and found that three-dimensional models of facilities greatly enhanced visualization. - Mobile Wastewater Treatment Facilities:
JS has recently developed a "Mobile Wastewater Treatment Facility" designed for disaster response, which is currently in use. A video showcasing its actual operations was presented.
Event: "Fun Experiment: Toilet no Kami-sama"
The event title plays on the Japanese pop song "Toilet no Kami-sama," where "Kami-sama" translates to "God" in Japanese, while "Kami" also means "paper," often referring to toilet paper. The JS Training Center hosted a "Fun Experiment: Toilet no Kami-sama" event on Wednesday, July 30. During this event, JS instructors provided an engaging and easy-to-understand explanation of sewerage. The children participated in an experiment to observe whether items that can be flushed down the toilet dissolve in water. Thank you for joining us for this fun and educational experience!
